The General Secretariat of the National Award for Voluntary Work announced the names of the winners of the award in its second season, which was launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development last September; In order to achieve one of the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 by reaching one million volunteers, as well as one of the strategic goals of the National Transformation Program represented in encouraging volunteer work.

In the individual track, Saud bin Jaloud Al Jaloud won the first place, Fatima bint Mubarak Al Farsi won the second place, and Abdullah Al Yahya won the third place, while Shaden Al Fawaz won the fourth place, Rajeh Al Otaibi won the fifth place, and Saleh Al Zahrani won the sixth place, while Zaina bint won Mughrim Al-Shehri ranked seventh, Maha Al-Hamad ranked eighth, Faisal bin Faraj Al-Otaibi ranked ninth, and Suleiman Al-Enezi won the tenth place.

As for the volunteer teams track, the “Filipinos for a Green Saudi Arabia” team won the first place, while the Watan Tamouh volunteer team won the second place, while the Knights of Suffah team won the third place, and in the track organizing volunteer work in the government sector, the first place was won by the Center Health volunteering at the Ministry of Health, while the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah won the second place.

In the track of activating volunteer work in the government sector, the Social Development Bank, represented by the Delnee Business Center, won the first place, the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture won the second place, and the Riyadh Municipality won the third place.

With regard to the course of activating voluntary work, in the non-profit sector, the Charity Association for Orphans Care (Insan) won the first place, and the Al Ber Association in the eastern region won the second place, while the Charitable Association for Honoring the Elderly in Al-Baha Region (Ikram) won the third place.

As for the track of activating volunteer work, in the universities and education departments sector, Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University won the first place, King Saud University ranked second, and Umm Al-Qura University ranked third, while the same track won, in the private sector, the National Bank of Saudi Arabia.

In the track of support with financial resources, in the non-profit sector, the Salem Bin Mahfouz National Foundation won the first place, and in the private sector for the same track, the Saudi International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) won the first place.

As for the enabling support track in the government sector, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing won the first place, and in the non-profit sector, the Princess Al Anoud Charitable Foundation won the first place, and the Health Charitable Society for Patient Care (Enaya) won the second place, while the Sharek Research Association won the third place Health, while (SEDCO) Holding won first place in the same track for the private sector.

In the last track, support with human resources in the government sector, the General Directorate of Civil Defense won the first place, the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque came in the second place, and the Red Crescent Authority won the third place.

In the same track in universities and education departments, the Technical College in Abha won the first place, and the Education Department in Jeddah Governorate won the second place, while the Education Department in Onaizah won the third place.

The Award’s General Secretariat confirmed that all participating works were evaluated by independent arbitration committees, according to specific professional standards set by the Award Committee. To ensure the transparency of the results.

It is noteworthy that the "National Award for Voluntary Work" aims to stimulate voluntary work practices in a sustainable manner among individuals and entities, and to highlight and honor distinguished voluntary practices, and those in charge of them, to contribute to achieving sustainable development in the field of voluntary work in the Kingdom, in addition to enhancing the quality and quality of voluntary efforts and initiatives. It targets six categories: government, non-profit, private, and educational sectors (universities, colleges, education departments), volunteer teams, and individuals.
